Beachmaster

Beachmaster is a London-based property company that was established in 2009 and specialises in acquiring, developing and managing London property. We are privately owned and funded, also working in partnership with family offices to deliver on property investment activities within the London market.

We discretely work on our own projects and with family offices to acquire and develop brownfield sites and existing buildings within London to either retain or dispose of post-development. We also acquire stock for owner-occupation or rental which we then manage.

Our focus is on mixed-use or purely residential properties with a value of at least £1m, however we will handle smaller investments for established clients.

Beachmaster invests in a number of London Boroughs, relying on a mix of local knowledge and research into key “growth points” which are attracting infrastructure investment and resident relocations.

Once a suitable opportunity has been identified, Beachmaster will aggressively pursue the property and typically offer cash to realise the best possible purchase price. When working with family offices, we will either act as a development partner or handle the entire end-to-end development cycle on their behalf.

We have a flexible approach and are open to working in a manner that is mutually beneficial.

Beachmaster works with family offices to invest funds into the London property market either to acquire owner-occupied family properties, for a healthy yield on investment or for once-off developments. We have experience in working discreetly with trusts, offshore companies and other SPVs.

Given our extensive experience in the UK property market, we have an excellent understanding of the underlying tax implications of various investment models when buying, developing or leasing central London property. We also work with a number of brokers and financial experts who are able to provide bespoke funding to offshore parties.
